We provide complete solutions by offering a full range of metal fabrication capabilities as well as design services for manufacture and assembly.
Founded in 1990 and acquired by TCMG in 2023, Weiser Engineering (“Weiser”) is a Denver, CO based contract manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal and assembly services, as well as value added machining. The company primarily serves OEMs in the aerospace, defense, transportation, and general industrial sectors. The company occupies 30,000 square feet in a state-of-the-art facility and is ISO9001 and AS9100 certified.
Weiser Engineering was founded in 1990 by Atilla Weiser. Weiser immigrated from Hungary in 1978 and earned his degree as a manufacturing and welding engineer. The company had humble beginnings, operating out of another shop, until they earned their first job producing parts for snow equipment. These parts are still being produced to date.
Weiser Engineering moved out of their shared space shortly after and into their own 2,500 square foot facility, adding a CNC mill, lathe, and five employees. A secured contract with a Fortune 500 company enabled Weiser Engineering to move into an even larger 12,000 square foot facility by 1995, allowing them to add two more CNC mills and welding equipment.
In 2000, Atilla's son, Peter Weiser, joined the Weiser Engineering team. With Peter's background in Mechanical Engineering and a strong drive to grow the company, Peter sprearheaded efforts to expand by developing the sheet metal side of the business.
From 2000 to 2006, largely in part to the opening of their new sheet metal division, revenue doubled and Weiser Engineering expanded yet again into another 15,000 square foot facility.
From 2006 to 2016, Weiser Engineering's expanded capabilities allowed the company to experience significant growth, bringing top line revenue from 2MM annually to over 10MM per year in sales. In 2013, the company moved to its current home - a 30,000 square foot facility in Arvada, CO with over 55 employees.
Weiser Engineering's culture centers around their firm belief in their AS9100 QMS. This mantra was instilled into the company's roots during their expansion and growth years, making process improvement a strong priority for continued, constant elevation of their production standards.
